TERMS of USE - PROPERTY SELLERS
1/. Virtual Realty shall accept no responsibility at all for the validity of any information supplied to it by property owners or agents where properties are offered FOR SALE on this web site. Although Virtual Realty aims to provide accurate and up to date information at all times, it is the responsibility of all purchasers to validate any information obtained from any source published by Virtual Realty and the full responsibility of the customer, renter or vendor to check all information published by Virtual Realty.
2/. The customer, vendor, agent or property advertiser warrants that he/she is either the owner of the property or is duly authorised to act on behalf of the property owner.
3/. The customer, vendor, agent or property advertiser gives authority to Virtual Realty to utilise any and all information and visual images supplied by the property owner or an agent on behalf of the property owner, for the purposes of marketing or advertising the property on this web site and in any other advertising medium utilised by Virtual Realty.
4/. Virtual Realty agrees not to use the property details or property photographs for any purpose other than to aid and enable the customer or vendor or agent to market, sell or rent the property.
5/. The customer, vendor, agent or property advertiser agrees to contact Virtual Realty via the appropriate REMOVE AN ADVERT form on this site as soon as their advertisement becomes redundant. This is best done once a Sale and Purchase Agreement becomes UNCONDITIONAL rather than when an agreement is first signed.
6/. Property FOR SALE advertisers acknowledge that the Virtual Realty site administrator retains the absolute right to place a SOLD notice or other similar messages on their advertisement rather than deleting the advertiser's Property For Sale Advertisement or Listing immediately when it becomes redundant. In any such cases the Virtual Realty site administrator agrees to eliminate, delete or to make unobtainable to viewers these advertiser's contact details or name.
7/. When ONLINE (DIY) PACKAGES are utilised by customers, vendors, agents or property advertisers then customers, vendors, agents or property advertisers acknowledge that their advertisement will not be listed on the web site until payment for the particular package has been received in the Cobil Limited bank account. Various payment methods are available - by credit card, direct credit or cheque.
TERMS of USE - OTHER ADVERTISERS on THIS SITE
1/. Virtual Realty shall accept no responsibility at all for the validity of any information supplied to it by ADVERTISERS whether looking for property to BUY, to LEASE, to LET or to RENT. Although Virtual Realty aims to provide accurate and up to date information at all times, it is the responsibility of all site users or interested parties to validate any information obtained from any source published by Virtual Realty and the full responsibility of the advertiser, user or interested party to check all information published by Virtual Realty.
2/. The advertiser warrants that he/she will check the advertisements placed on the Virtual Realty web site for validity and accuracy of information displayed. If details are incorrect the advertiser agrees that it is the advertiser's responsibility to contact the Virtual Realty site administrator to have the details corrected.
3/. All advertisers acknowledge that advertisements placed on this site are displayed for a minimum of ONE MONTH but may remain on the site longer at the discretion of the site administrator. On this web site ALL advertisements are placed in date order with the newest advertisements going on to the top of the list.
4/. All advertisers on this site agree to contact the Virtual Realty web site administrator via the appropriate REMOVE AN ADVERT form on this site as soon as their advertisement becomes redundant. This can be when a property buyer finds an appropriate property, a landlord leases the flat or house, or when a tenant finds appropriate rental accomodation.
5/. All advertisers acknowledge that the Virtual Realty site administrator retains the absolute right to place NOW LET, SOLD, BOUGHT or other similar messages on their advertisements rather than deleting the advert immediately when it becomes redundant. In any such cases the Virtual Realty site administrator agrees to eliminate, delete or to make unobtainable to viewers these advertiser's contact details or name.
6/. All advertisers acknowledge that the Virtual Realty site administrator retains the absolute right to correct, clarify, sharpen, crop, resize or to make copies of any or all photographs supplied by Advertisers for advertising their Property.
7/. All advertisements sent to Virtual Realty are checked by the site administrator. Firstly they are checked for content. Inappropriate adverts are not displayed. Offensive language in adverts is altered so it does not offend. Spelling and punctuation are corrected. All advertisers acknowledge that their advertisements may be altered accordingly and by SENDING ADVERTISEMENTS TO VIRTUAL REALTY advertisers hereby give their full permission and consent for the Virtual Realty site administrator to do so.
8/. Advertisers acknowledge that at present, adverts are uploaded each day except Sunday's onto the Virtual Realty web site. Usually adverts and photos are prepared between 7 - 11a.m., so if you want to get an advert up on the same day send it early. Advertisers agree that Virtual Realty will not accept any liabilty or claim arising from advertisments not being placed on time, or not being placed at all or not being removed at all.
9/. Rental Property advertisers and Landlords hereby acknowledge that their advertisement may not be listed on the Virtual Realty web site until payment of a minimum of a $2.25 donation has been received by Cobil Ltd. Any advertisements received without payment will be listed or declined for listing at the sole discretion of the site adminstrator. When a suitable donation has been received then advertisements will be listed in the next cycle of uploads which are usually made between 7 - 11a.m. each day except Sundays.
TERMS of USE - SHOPPERS
1/. Orders received for Virtual Realty shop items are processed each day and despatched on the day that payment is received when that day is a weekday. Orders received on weekends or public holidays are despatched on the next possible business day.
2/. International orders received for Virtual Realty shop items are despatched by air post on the day that payment is received when that day is a weekday. Orders received on weekends or public holidays are despatched on the next possible business day.
3/. Payment for all shop items can be made in either of two methods; Credit Card or Direct Bank Credit into the Cobil Ltd bank account. Prices listed on this site generally exclude Goods & Services Tax. This tax is added during the checkout process. We also add a small freight charge to all shop item orders. International orders are sent by air post and may take up to 10 days to arrive depending on your location around the globe. New Zealand orders are all sent by the cheapest method unless specified and additional fees paid.
4/. We offer a product guarantee on all items sold from the shop only when the goods are returned in FIRST CLASS (as new) condition. Once returned goods have been checked for quality then a refund will be arranged. Refunds will not exceed the value of the goods at the cost listed on the web site and will not include freight costs. Refunds may be less than the cost of the goods when purchased if goods are returned in damaged or broken condition or if some parts are missing. Refunds may be credited to New Zealand bank accounts or Internationally by Paypal.
